Azonto Is Not For Anyone – EL Replies Gasmilla

Probably we’re all privy to the fuse going on about the originator of Azonto in Ghana since agenda #BringBackAzonto was started.
One of the major ones has been Gasmilla making a proclamation that he started the Azonto craze in the country. His comments were not received well by some Ghanaians who have gone on to share their own opinions about it.
One of the main proponents of the movement that took Ghana to the world some 10-years ayo was EL. He featured on and produced ‘You Go Kill Me’ by Sarkodie which was a huge song then.
He has recently also released a new song featuring the Ghana’s Artiste of the Decade titled ‘Revival’ in a bid to revive the move.
In a twitter rant, EL hit back at Gasmilla and others for trying to make this a competition. In his tweet seen by http://kwesilive.com, the ‘Kaalu’ hitmaker states that “Azonto belongs to the Ghanaian people”.
Funny how y’all wanna turn this into a competition.
Azonto Music does not belong to any single musician or any such group, it is the property of the GHANAIAN people.
And it is big enough to Share.
No hostility needed.
