VGMA Artiste of the Year winner, 2017, Joe Mettle is set the rock the Dr. Hilla Limann come Friday as the hall opens its hall week celebrations.
The week-long celebration dubbed, CUM – Commemorating Unforgettable Memories is set to be one of the biggest events to ever hit the grounds of the University of Ghana.
