Producer and team member of the #PaeMuKa at 20 organizing team has advised the media to desist from creating an enmity between legend Obrafuor and Ghana’s fastest rapper, Sarkodie.
This comment comes after it was revealed that the latter failed to appear for the shooting of his part of a documentary to Chronicle the making of the Pae Mu Ka album despite an agreed date and time between Sark and the producer of the documentary.
The documentary titled ‘Lyrics of a Legend’ is set to be premiered on September 27, 2019 at the Silverbird Cinema, Accra Mall.
Speaking to Abrantepa on the Brunch to Lunch show on Radio Univers on Tuesday morning, Wei Ye Oteng who has produced a number of songs for Obrafuor including ‘Odasani’ mentioned that even though Sarkodie failed to appear for the shooting of his side, there is no agitations between the two artistes.
As we speak, Sarkodie has still not shot his part of the documentary but let’s not rush into conclusion. Let’s wait till the official documentary has been aired.
It is true we agreed on a date and time for him to shoot but he failed to show up but let’s wait and see what happens.
We should desist from creating an enmity between them as we all know the good relationship that exist between them.
It also appears it was not only Sarkodie who was not featured in the documentary as rapper Okyeame Kwame also made a ‘no-show’. An official communication is yet to be received from the ‘Woso’ hitmaker.
