Ghana First! Asamoah Gyan Smokes Peace Pipe With Coach Kwasi Appiah

Days after the tussle, Asamoah Gyan and head coach of the Ghana Black Stars, Kwasi Appiah have finally met to smoke the peace pipe and put Ghana first.

Images sited by http://kwesilive.com on Asamoah Gyan’s twitter page showed the Baby Jet in a conversation with the former Black Stars captain together with some other accomplices including brother of the Kayserispor striker, Baffuor Gyan.

There were tensions in the country after the Baby Jet requested to recuse himself from Ghana campaign in the 2019 AFCON in Egypt and also retire permanently from the national. But for the intervention of the President of Ghana, Nana Akuffo Addo, Ghana would have been to the AFCON for the first time without their record goal scorer in 16 years.

The former Sunderland striker announced his decision to come back to the side and make himself available for selection just after 48-hours after his earlier decision.
