Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah is not perturbed by recent attacks by supposed Zongo boys on his church building in Accra according to his spokesperson Mr. Kwame Amo.
Some irate youth yesterday afternoon stormed the church premises of Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah, Glorious Word and Power Ministries International in Odorkor, Accra. This was after the well-known Prophet had prophesied doom for a number of high-profile personalities in the country. This included a death prophecy on the national chief Imam, Sheikh Usman Sharabutu which supposedly angered these Muslim youth. The irate youth stormed the Odorkor branch of the church with weapons including cutlasses to destroy a lot of properties.
The National Chief Imam has however come out to ask for forgiveness on behalf of the Prophet and asked the youth to calm down. When Kofi TV visited the residence of the Prophet, there was heavy security at post to prevent any further attack and his spokesperson mentioned to Kofi Odoma Wanwani that their father was not perturbed by what had happened at the his church premises.
When the issue happened in the afternoon, as we all know Papa Owusu Bempah to be, he is not worried nor perturbed. He is not a fearful person who will panic in situations like this – Agya Amo said.
He further continued by saying that, He is leading a crowd and so if he becomes worried then the rest of us will be more worried and fearful. He is well-composed from what I’ve seen from him since I came to the house.
Rev. Owusu Bempah is well-known for his doom prophecies on New Year Eves every year and this year was not an exception as he predicted doom for the likes of former President J.A Kufuor and Wife and the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Usman Sharabutu.
