The Executives of the University of Ghana Russian Students Association have announced that it will hosting an interactive session for students and faculty members of the department.
This session is aimed at bridging the gap between the students, executives of the club and the tutors of the language. The Russian language considered to be one of the most widely spoken languages in the world has been one of the core departments of the Modern Languages Department together with French, Chinese, Spanish, Swahili among others.
The program will be held on Friday, 16th November, 2018 at Maison Francaise on the University of Ghana campus at exactly 4pm. Side attractions include music, poetry and drama all in Russian with some interpretations from students as well lecturers. Invited guests include the Ambassador of Russia to Ghana, His Excellency Dimitry Y. Suslov, Head of Department, Prof. Ildiko Csajbok Twerefou, Co-ordinator of the section, Dr. Albert Antwi Boasiako.
This year’s session promises to be fun-packed, educative and informative as promised by the executives of the club.
