Shatta Wale Admonishes Ghanaian Media To Push Artistes Without Negativity

Leader of the Shatta Movement Empire, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr, Shatta Wale has called on Ghanaian media to push Ghanaian artistes without the attachment of negativity.

In a series of tweets at about 3:30am on Wednesday morning, the ‘Dancehall King’ pleaded with Ghanaian media to help Ghanaian artistes without negativity but with ‘good and strategized’ plan. He had earlier on before that tweet pleaded with Ghanaians not to push new artistes towards awards schemes as he thinks this brings too much burden on them to create so much.

The Zylofon Music signee had been criticized by a section of Ghanaians on his aggressive nature in the music industry. Many entertainment critics including media personnel had also questioned his brand as some believed he was taken things way overboard.

But ‘Chaaaaampion’ as he is affectionately called by fans further said he took time to build his brand even though he knew many people won’t understand him.

Shatta Wale recently released the Reign Album with a record-breaking concert at the Fantasy Dome and is yet to embark on a Europe Tour which kicks start in the UK.
